Privacy Policy

Spendiqa can store subscription details, payment history, account email addresses you enter, reminder settings, notes, and payment-method metadata such as a nickname, card brand, last four digits, bank name, and expiry date.

Spendiqa is not designed to store full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or account passwords.

Spendiqa uses Google OAuth for sign-in. You authenticate with Google, and Spendiqa does not receive or store your Google password.

OAuth access credentials are used by the app to access only the Google services and scopes you authorize.

Your Spendiqa subscription data is stored in the private Google Drive app-data area associated with your Google account. This area is intended for application data and is not a normal visible Drive file.

If you enable Google Calendar reminders, Spendiqa can create, update, and remove renewal events in your Google Calendar. Calendar integration is optional and can be disabled for individual subscriptions or through your reminder settings.

Spendiqa is a tracking tool and not a bank, payment processor, or card vault. Payment records can be entered manually or created as unconfirmed expected renewals. You should verify actual charges with the relevant provider or financial institution.

The current version of Spendiqa does not request access to Gmail or scan your email.

Hosting and authentication infrastructure may process technical information needed to operate the service, such as request logs, IP addresses, device information, and security events. Google processes data according to the Google services you choose to connect.

You can edit or delete information inside Spendiqa and revoke Spendiqa's Google permissions from your Google account. Revoking access can prevent Drive or Calendar features from working until you reconnect.

This policy may be updated as Spendiqa changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page before or when the updated functionality is released.
