Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Spendiqa.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Purpose of Spendiqa
Spendiqa helps you organize subscriptions, expected renewals, payment history, reminders, and related account information. It is an organizational and budgeting tool, not a financial institution or payment service.
Accuracy
Renewal dates, projected costs, currency conversions, reminders, and automatically created payment records may be incomplete or inaccurate. Unconfirmed payments are estimates until you confirm them. Always verify important billing information with the subscription provider or your financial institution.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for the information you enter into Spendiqa. Do not enter passwords, PINs, CVV codes, or full payment-card numbers into notes or other free-text fields.
Third-party services
Spendiqa can connect to Google services and can link you to subscription providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features can be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.
Responsible use
Do not misuse Spendiqa, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Spendiqa develops. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
