Terms of Use

Spendiqa helps you organize subscriptions, expected renewals, payment history, reminders, and related account information. It is an organizational and budgeting tool, not a financial institution or payment service.

Renewal dates, projected costs, currency conversions, reminders, and automatically created payment records may be incomplete or inaccurate. Auto-recorded and unconfirmed payments are based on saved information and are not bank-verified. Always verify important billing information with the subscription provider or your financial institution.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for the information you enter into Spendiqa. Do not enter passwords, PINs, CVV codes, or full payment-card numbers into notes or other free-text fields.

Spendiqa can connect to Google services and can link you to subscription providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices.

The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features can be added, modified, or removed as the product develops.

Do not misuse Spendiqa, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

New users get a free 30-day trial of Spendiqa Pro. No payment card is needed for the trial.

Spendiqa Pro is available as a one-time Lifetime purchase, offered only to the first 250 buyers, or as a yearly subscription. Prices are shown on the Upgrade page and include VAT. Lifetime Pro gives access to Pro for as long as Spendiqa is offered.

Purchases are sold through Link (link.com), a Stripe company, which acts as the merchant of record. Link processes the payment, handles VAT, sends receipts, and its own terms apply to the purchase. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* SPENDIQA.

The yearly plan is charged when you buy it and starts on that day. It renews automatically every year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time on link.com, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Without an active trial or plan, your data stays available to view and export, but adding and editing data, automatic renewal updates, and Google Calendar sync are paused. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays active for 7 more days so you can update your payment method.

Refunds can be requested through Link support or by contacting Spendiqa at spendiqa.app@gmail.com. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal under applicable law, are not affected.

These terms may be updated as Spendiqa develops. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
