A subscription tracker that doesn't need your bank
Spendiqa keeps all your subscriptions and recurring payments in one list, so you know what you pay, when it renews and which ones you could cancel. You add them yourself, so there is no bank login and no access to your transactions.
30 days free. No credit card required. Sign in with Google.
What you can track
- Name, price and the currency you are charged in
- How often you pay: every week, month, 3 months, 6 months or year
- The next payment date, a category and the card or account it is charged to
- When a free trial ends and the last day you can cancel
- The email you signed up with and a link to the page where you cancel
- How often you really use it: often, sometimes or rarely
What you get out of it
- Overview: Your total monthly and yearly cost, and what renews next.
- Payment calendar: Every upcoming payment on a monthly calendar.
- Reports: Spending by category, and how much goes to subscriptions you marked as rarely used.
- Card expiry warnings: A warning when a saved card expires within 90 days.
- Payment history: A record of the payments made for each subscription.
Why there is no bank connection
Many trackers ask you to connect your bank so they can find subscriptions in your transactions. Spendiqa does not. You add each subscription once, and Spendiqa never sees your bank account, your balance or your other purchases.
The trade-off is that Spendiqa will not find forgotten subscriptions on its own. A good way to start is to go through your last one or two card statements and add every recurring payment you see.
Where your data is kept
You sign in with Google. Your subscription list is saved in the private app-data area of your own Google Drive. That area is only for Spendiqa, and it does not give Spendiqa access to your other Drive files. Spendiqa does not ask for Gmail access.
Spendiqa itself keeps a small account record with your Google account ID, email address and plan. You can download all your subscription data as a file from Settings at any time.

Every new account gets 30 days of Pro for free. After that you choose Yearly Pro for €15.99 a year, or Lifetime Pro for €59.99 once, which is only for the first 250 buyers. Prices include VAT. Without a plan, your data stays viewable and exportable.
