Most unwanted charges happen because a renewal or the end of a free trial slips by. With Spendiqa you choose how early you want to be warned for each subscription, and you can put the reminder in your Google Calendar.

Three kinds of reminders
- Renewal reminders: Choose 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days before each payment. Upcoming renewals show on your overview.
- Trial warnings: Add the date a free or discounted trial ends and get a warning before it turns into a paid plan.
- Cancellation deadlines: Add the last day you can cancel, for example for a yearly plan with a notice period, and Spendiqa shows an action warning on your overview.
Reminders in Google Calendar (optional)
If you turn it on for a subscription, Spendiqa creates a recurring event in your main Google Calendar. Google Calendar then sends the reminder as an email, a pop-up or both, at the time of day you choose.
Google Calendar allows reminders at most 28 days before an event, so a 30-day reminder comes 28 days before.
Spendiqa only creates, updates and removes its own renewal events. When you delete a subscription, its calendar event is removed too.
Good to know
- Spendiqa does not send emails or phone notifications itself. Warnings inside Spendiqa show when you open the app. For an email or pop-up, turn on Google Calendar reminders.
- After a payment date passes, Spendiqa moves the subscription to its next payment date, so the reminders keep coming.
- Reminders are based on the dates and prices you enter. If a service changes them, update the subscription in Spendiqa.
- You can set default reminder settings once in Settings, and new subscriptions use them automatically.
How to set it up

- 2Under reminders, choose how many days before the payment you want a warning.
- 3Turn on Google Calendar reminders if you want an email or pop-up, and pick the time of day.

Every new account gets 30 days of Pro for free. After that you choose Yearly Pro for €15.99 a year, or Lifetime Pro for €59.99 once, which is only for the first 250 buyers. Prices include VAT. Without a plan, your data stays viewable and exportable.
